Abstract
This research was conducted at the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City. The purpose of study was to determine the effect of competence and Organizational Culture on employee performance at the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and and Family Planning Service with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable. The sample of this study were all employees of the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and Family Planning Service, amounting 91 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is linear regression testing, coefficient of korelation test, coefficent of determination test, t test,and analysis path. The result showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employees perfomance at the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and Family Planning Service. Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on employess performance at the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and Family Planning Service. Orgazational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on employess performance at the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and Family Planning Service. Competence had a positive and significant effect on employees performance of the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and Family Planning Service with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening variable, showing the direct influence is greater than the indirect effect. Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on employees performance at the Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas City Population Control and Family Planning Service with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening variable, showing the direct influence is greater than the indirect effect.
